Crawlspace With a Leak

In this Waco area home, a leaky pipe in the crawlspace was not addressed in a timely manner. There was standing water in the crawlspace for several days due to the water leak which allowed for the moisture to spread throughout the home. By the time SERVPRO of Greater Waco was contacted, the hardwood flooring as you can see in the before picture, were beyond saving. The boards were buckling in every room, some even so unstable that the floor gave way. Our only recourse was to remove the hardwoods during the drying process in preparation for new floors to be installed.
