Gutted Kitchen in Waco, Tx

This home we were called to had suffered flooding in the crawlspace. The water had remained standing beneath the home for several days allowing for moisture to find its way up into the walls and flooring. After our inspection, we found that mold had grown in the walls and the flooring had become so damaged in some areas that it was unsafe to walk on. We removed all of the affected drywall, insulation and flooring, then sprayed an anti-microbial agent to all affected areas to prevent mold growth. When we were finished, the home was dry, prepped and ready for rebuild and repairs.
