Commercial Multi Tenant Water Loss

SERVPRO of Greater Waco was called out to due to a leaking HVAC unit that flooded multiple units in Whitney area apartment complex. While commercial properties do have some unique restrictions, the drying theories are just the same. SERVPRO of Greater Waco was able to detach the baseboards intact, number them for ease of reinstallation, and placed them in the closet photographed above to dry along with the structure. When the apartment units had completed drying the maintenance crews were able to re-use the baseboards and to reattached them in their original places. This greatly minimized the inconvenience on the tenants and saved the property management company a little money. SERVPRO of Greater Waco attempts to save what it can on every job, especially if it quickens the structures return to preloss condition.
