Sewage Loss in Waco, Texas

SERVPRO of Greater Waco responded to a sewage back up in a home in the Waco area at 2:30AM. We removed all of the effected carpet immediately, then sanitized the affected area, and finally placed a HEPA air scrubber and a dehumidification unit to temporarily stabilize the atmosphere until the morning. Our crews returned the next morning to address the required the demo. Notice how the water went further than what was present on the surface. SERVPRO of Greater Waco is tasked with protecting our employees during these potentially dangerous mitigation jobs. Our crew wore the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which included a Tyvek brand body suit, thick rubber gloves, rubber boots, and full-face respirators. This may seem like over-kill; however, SERVPRO of Greater Waco takes the safety of its employees very seriously.
